Klar geht das:
Schraubenschlüssel-Menü - Steckpl.-Einst. (Standb.) - RAW/JPEG

Mehr habe ich auch nicht eingestellt und auf Steckplatz 1 kommen die RAW-Dateien und auf Steckplatz 2 die JPGs ;)

Wenn das nicht hilft, dann vielleicht ein Werksreset - und alles neu einstellen 😁
